100% Moscato sourced from small vineyards in Castiglione Tinella, this Moscato d’Asti DOCG boasts vines with an average age of 40 years and a soil rich in limestone and clay. Hand-harvested and fermented in stainless-steel with a focus on preserving natural freshness and aromas. Fermentation is halted when reaching around 5.5% alcohol by volume, and the wine is bottled without malolactic fermentation. Intense aromas of ripe yellow fruit, floral notes, and hints of ginger, offer a sweet and delicate palate with modest acidity and a refreshing finish of fresh apricot.
