DOM PÉRIGNON VINTAGE 2018 LAUNCH DINNER
Join us for a very special evening celebrating exceptional cuisine and the launch of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2018.
A four-course menu by Market Bistro has been carefully composed around a selection of Dom Pérignon Champagnes, exploring the connection between each wine and dish through flavour, texture and detail.
Hosted by Dean O’Rielly, Prestige Champagne Representative , the evening brings together the new vintage, Damien Hirst’s limited-edition artwork and the world of Dom Pérignon.
Price: $395 per person, including four courses and Dom Pérignon pairings

There are masterclasses, and then there is the opportunity to sit at the table with someone who has genuinely helped shape the way a variety is understood.Join us for a very special masterclass led by owner of Kumeu River Wines and New Zealands first Master of Wine: Michael Brajkovich, as he presents six stunning Kumeu wines. With a focus on Chardonnay, this masterclass includes a selection of his estate's world-renowned, Burgundy-style, single-vineyard Chardonnays.
