Sven Joschke Das Klaus Syrah

Syrah grown by Tommy Schiller. 25 year old vines, destemmed and fermented in French oak. A lean, super approachable Barossan red, with juice to boot that leaves a warm feeling on the tongue. Minimal sulphur added on bottling, no fining or filtration.
