See Saw Balance Rosecco

Winemaking | Prosecco was harvested from Annangrove Park on the 13th and 14th February based on flavour and balance in the fruit. The juice was cold settled before it was inoculated with a neutral sparkling yeast strain. The ferment was long and cool to preserve delicate fruit aromatics and flavours. The addition of Pinot Noir, also from Annangrove Park, brought a pink hue and red fruit to the fore. Stored in stainless steel prior to bottling in July 2024.

Aroma | Strawberries with a background of red delicious apple complement classic lemon sherbet and green pear from the Prosecco.  

Palate | Red berries and crunchy apple delight on the palate. Finishing crisp and dry, our Rosecco is a joy to drink!
