Domaine Prieure Roch Ladoix Le Cloud Rouge 2021

The Ladoix rouge is produced from 50 year old vines that are at the northern foot of the
hill of Corton. Aged in old oak for 12 months this is a fantastic drink now cuveé that has
the distinctive Domaine signature style.

Embracing 100% whole cluster fermentation and native yeast, their wines express the essence of their terroir. Despite the challenges of the 2021 vintage, marked by low yields and spring frosts, Domaine Prieuré Roch persevered, producing wines characterised by lower alcohols, vibrant acidity, and classical Burgundian freshness, heralding a return to tradition and finesse.
