This striking blend of Zibibbo and Syrah, cultivated from practicing organic vineyards in Sicily. This rosé offers a light, Côte d'Azur-inspired elegance. On the nose, it presents an alluring bouquet of aromatic florals, citrus zest, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs, courtesy of the extended hangtime for the Zibibbo. This wine is vibrant and lively, featuring flavours of ripe peach, melon, and a touch of minerality from the varied soils of brown clay and limestone. Its crisp, clean and balanced with a silky texture and some soft  tannins making it an ideal choice for backyard gatherings and warm, sunlit afternoons.
