On the nose, it presents an alluring bouquet of aromatic florals, citrus zest, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs, courtesy of the extended hangtime for the Zibibbo. This wine is vibrant and lively, featuring flavours of ripe peach, melon, and a touch of minerality from the varied soils of brown clay and limestone.
