This super fresh wine serves as an excellent introduction to both the house style and the vibrant wines of Saint-Aubin. Offering aromas of pear, orange oil, white flowers, and wheat toast. It is medium-bodied, bright, super racy. Further complexity will develop with some cellaring
A small yield of 30 hl/ha after frost, picked 13th September at 14%, but I did not see any trace of the alcohol when tasting this wine. Pale lime reflections in the colour. This wine begins beautifully with a fresh, chiselled nose, perfectly balanced with considerable energy. Alongside the admirable tension this wine is so full of fruit too, dancing across the palate. Highly Recommended.
