JM Sélèque Solessence Champagne NV

50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Pinot noir, a single vintage Champagne blended with 50% reserve wine. Sourced from seven plots across the Côteaux Sud d’Épernay, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs.

The palate is a perfected blend of ripe apple, red cherries and cream, with dustings of baking spices and a touch of savoury earth and mushroom. A fuller bodied, textural wine that coats the mouth and leaves a lingering impression.
