A traditional method sparkling with 58% Chardonnay, 42% Pinot Noir and 17+ months on lees. Youthful and vibrant, the fruit shines with notes of red apple and cherry. The palate is a balance of plump fruits and soft, creamy texture.

Made with love by Vanessa Bagot, born an raised on the West and Northern coasts of Tassy. She and her husband Neville tend to the vines of their estate in Barrington, hand pruned and hand picked to perfection. Reaching an elevation of 276m, their original vineyard sprawls across five hectares, the plantings of which are 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Gris, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Muenier and 10% Schönburger!
