Koerner Parish Riesling 2022

A cracking single site Riesling from young gun winemakers, the Koerner brothers. From almost 100 year old vines, the Parish Vineyard was planted in 1923, its southern aspect, red clay, slate and ironstone soils make for an excellent drop.

The nose is delicate, white florals and tropical melon with signature Clare Valley citrus. This vintage is faultless, this is a wine to try before you die.

Picked and sorted by hand, 10% fermented in ceramic amphorae and 90% steel for 2 months, then aged in stainless steel on fine lees for 9 months. Unfined and unfiltered.
