A rather charming champagne crafted as a statement of intent, all about terroir, precision and a patient spell on its lees. Born from Grand Cru vineyards in Verzenay, Verzy and Mailly, it blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with a little of it raised in oak for extra nuance. The clay-limestone soils and mature vines lend both generosity and quiet sophistication. You'll find bright citrus, gentle orchard fruit and patisserie richness
