This is Savagnin with its boots off and its feet up — but still flexing. Cuvée Antide is a rich, textured Jura white that’s had four years to stretch out and get comfy. Ganevat pulls fruit from 40–70-year-old vines rooted in schist and marl, and lets indigenous yeasts do their slow magic. No sulphur, no fining, no filtration — just layers of almond, salt air, and that Jura nuttiness we daydream about. It’s all structure and sapidity, a white that hums with energy.
