Soft and slippery, medium weight and energetic, minerally style of chardonnay. Crisp edges, plush core, stone fruit, ginger-lemon tea, a dash of white pepper, some nougat and vanilla cream gently settles in too. Finishes with fennel and a bit of peppery herbs. Good extension of flavour, excellent flow, very elegant as a comment. Excellent.  95 points WineFront Mike Bennie
