Hendrick's Gin

Hendrick's Gin is a premium Scottish gin renowned for its distinctive flavor profile and iconic apothecary-style bottle. Produced by William Grant & Sons in Girvan, Scotland, it is crafted with a unique blend of botanicals, including juniper, coriander, citrus peel, and Bulgarian rose petals, along with the unusual addition of cucumber.

The production process involves distilling the botanicals in small batches in both a Carter-Head still and a copper pot still, allowing for the extraction of complex flavors. The infusion of cucumber essence after distillation adds a crisp and refreshing note to the gin, setting it apart from traditional gins.
