Ghost Rock Bonadale Pinot Noir 2022

A bright, lifted nose layered in warm spices that lead into notes of red cherry, forest floor and chamomile. The palate is elegant and purely concentrated while maintaining classic notes of Tasmanian Pinot Noir that they are so renowned for.

Grapes from vines planted in 2010 were 100% destemmed and spontaneously fermented. Aged in 20% new French oak of 10 months. Unfined and unfiltered.
