50% whole bunch Sauvignon Blanc - half direct pressed then remaining bunches macerated in the juice for seven days plus 50% destemmed Zebibbo (Riverlands) macerated for fourteen days. Elevage separately in old oak for eight months, racked together into stainless to settle for one month prior to bottling. No additions.
