Capricorn Spiced Rum is the epitome of authenticity. Made with locally sourced molasses and undergoing a lengthy fermentation process, it's then aged in Queensland's tropical climate using ex-Shiraz, ex-Bourbon, and new American Oak barrels. There are no additives like sugar or artificial colors; only whole macerated spices are used, resulting in a complex finish. Enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or mixed with your favorite beverage.
