An Dulaman Irish Maritime Gin

An Dúlamán Irish Maritime Gin is an artisanal gin produced by Sliabh Liag Distillers in County Donegal, Ireland. This unique gin is crafted using a blend of traditional and locally foraged botanicals, including five varieties of seaweed (Dillisk, Carrageen Moss, Channel Wrack, Sugar Kelp, and Pepper Dulse), along with juniper, angelica, coriander, and lemon. The ingredients reflect the maritime heritage of the Donegal coast.

Distilled in a copper pot still named Méabh, the production process carefully balances the botanical mix to capture the essence of the Irish seashore. An Dúlamán's distinct flavor profile features a briny freshness complemented by herbal and citrus notes. The gin is presented in a dark, elegant bottle inspired by the traditional bottles used for poitín, a nod to the rich cultural history of Irish spirits.
