60% McLaren Vale Shiraz pressed straight to steel and 40% Barossa Grenache, whole bunch fermented and pressed to French oak. Blended just prior to bottling, this wine has an aroma of confectionary toffee apple and red Zappo's with a savoury pepper spice. Best served chilled and drank in the sun.
