Save Our Souls Rosé 2022

A field blend of Heathcote Grenache and Mourvèdre, harvested and pressed directly to tank for full malolactic conversion and 6 months of ageing on lees. A small amount of barrel fermented Vermentino from Avenal in the Goulburn Valley was blended before bottling. All these components make for a well-balanced, textured wine with complexity, finesse and an acid line to envy at the finish. Full to burst with bright, juicy strawberry and raspberry.
