Defialy Que Sera, Sera Riesling Col Fondo 2022

A Riesling made in the Col Fondo style (think traditional Italian Pet Nat), and it's had a bit of time in bottle! The fruit is grown Biodynamically and organically from a vineyard in the Alpine Valley. There is a gentle fizz with a hint of residual sugar to balance out that zippy acidity. Green and full of energy, this is a super clean and refreshing sparkling that is perfect for a Sunday session. Delicious.
