51% Semillon and 49% Riesling grown organically, biodynamically and fermented on skins for 10 days. An other-wordly blend from grapes grown on the Heysen Estate, aged in oak for 5 months. The result is a wine with strong notes of peach, mandarin peel and red grapefruit. Watch out for sediment, drink as you please.
