Stefano Lubiana Deep Valley Pinot Noir 2022

Huon Valley fruit, carefully cold-soaked before fermentation to enhance color intensity. Utilising mostly whole berries for fermentation, with only 10% being whole bunch, contributes to heightened aromatics, refined tannins, and aging potential. A small portion, 10%, underwent aging in old oak barrels, while the majority rested in stainless steel, preserving the wine's freshness and showcasing the distinctive terroir of the Huon Valley. This Pinot Noir offers a bounty of red fruit flavours, including raspberry, cherry, and subtle hints of rhubarb and spice, all underscored by a refreshing acidity.
