Ochota Barrels Slint Chardonnay 2022

This tightly wound and razor-sharp style of Chardonnay falls perfectly into the fold. Textured but steely to its core, this is a compelling modern Australian Chardonnay. The Slint sees, almost exclusively, seasoned oak barrels, full malo, with lees stirring done weekly for 18 weeks prior to a gentle gravity racking and bottling.
