60% Pinot Noir, 30% Sangiovese and 10% Shiraz fermented separately and blended prior to bottling, aged in old puncheons with no new oak.

 

Aromas of sour cherry, cranberry and strawberries. The palate is crunchy and vibrant with lovely structure and tannins.
