A blend of Riverland Vermentino & Nero di Troia, crafted with passion and minimal intervention techniques by Patrick Sullivan and Xavier Goodridge. This is their first Pet Nat and is a true testament to the innovative and adventurous spirit of the winemakers. Bursting with fresh red berries and tropical fruits, vibrant acidity and a soft, mouth-filling mousse. Super refreshing and a hell of a lot of fun to drink!
