Hither & Yon Aglianico Rosé 2022

Watermelon, pink grapefruit, botanical bitters, fi ne chalky texture. A wild ride, flavour rushes and lingers, juicy cherries with saline freshness, mineral and dry.

The fruit was hand-picked, bunch sorted and delivered to the winery on March 30, baume was 13.0 and acidity was 8.0 g/L. Destemmed, straight to press, 90 minutes on skins, then pressed off and transferred to a stainless-steel fermenter as must, kept cool, juice left on lees for 30 days until dry and then settled, drained off. Cross-flowed and sterile filtered, bottled on May 26, 2022. Certified carbon neutral, vegan friendly wine.
