70% Carricante and 30% Cataratto, on the nose, typical Sicilian notes of citrus fruits and summer fruit in addition to sweet and sunny notes of flowers and aromatic herbs with capers and olives. This wine is also accompanied by the salty and warm sensations of the Mediterranean Sea. The palate is dynamic and inviting on the palate thanks to the energetic fresh-flavoured progression. Long finish rich in citrus and saline echoes.
