Aphelion The Confluence Grenache 2022

Sourced from Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale, a complex, aromatic, and food-friendly wine that evolves in the glass. Made with hand-picked fruit from three old vine vineyards, it underwent various winemaking techniques including whole bunch fermentation and extended skin contact, then aged in French oak for nine months. Vibrant red with purple hues, featuring raspberry, cinnamon spice, and red liquorice on the nose. The palate offers Satsuma plum, wild strawberry, and fine sandalwood with fine tannins providing exemplary length and balance.
