Honorio Rubio Tremendus Clarete 2021

50% Macabeo (the primary grape used in sparkling Cava) and 50% Garnacha (Grenache), co-fermented and aged on lees for 6-9 months in stainless steel. Known primarily for it's clear colour (hence 'Clar'-ete), this wine is dry as a bone with a nose of rose petals, ruby grapefruit and ripe raspberry. The palate is bold with a slick line of chalk and spice. Supremely fresh, crunchy and delicious to drink.
