An outstanding Etna Bianco made from grapes indigenous to the island Lipari. 60% Carricante and 40% Moscato Bianco, highly aromatic and herbaceous with a hint of green apple. It wouldn't be Sicilian without that distinctive pure salinity that harkens to a hot day spent lying on the sands of Porticello as the sun dries the ocean spray across your brow.

Hand picked. Fermented on lees for 6 months. 3 months of bottle ageing prior to release.
