Storm King Vermentino 2021

A dry wine that is full of minerality and texture. Produced from handpicked fruit grown on the Granite Belt.

Wild fermented on skins and hand plunged for 10 days prior to basket pressing. The result is a textured wine that is loaded with musky, ginger and spice flavours with a hint of pear and citrus.

This wine was minimally filtered and unfined, so a natural, harmless sediment may occur.
