The Applecross Chardonnay was grown on a single vineyard in the upper reaches of the Yarra Valley, a site which is now leased by Dave and wife Nicky. In classic Bicknell style, MLF was prevented in this wine, Dave looking for the max amount of tension to be retained in this Chardonnay.
