Amisfield Estate Pinot Noir 2021

Set against the backdrop of the majestic Pisa mountain range, Amisfield is one of the largest single estate vineyards in Central Otago. Their simple philosophy is to nurture nature at every step and their hands-off approach means that their process takes time, with wines yielding exceptional purity, intensity and vibrancy.

Amisfield Pinot Noir 2021 vintage is concentrated notes of black doris plum and dark red fruits combine with a complementary savouriness building layers of complexity into the wine. Structural, fine grained tannins provide lovely weight and backbone which is framed with bright natural acidity and well integrated french oak.
