The Salvatore Marino farm sits 200 metres above sea level, in the Buonvini district in the province of Noto, Sicily. Salvatore's family has handed down from generation to generation the belief that a good wine is made directly in the vineyard, which is why they operate organically in the cellar and in the vineyard.

Picked and destemmed by hand, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Unfined and unfiltered. The aroma is an intense bouquet of cherry, wild berries and violets with a kick of spice to finish.
