A swashbuckling blend of 65% Touriga Nacional, 25% Tinta Cao and 10% Souzao, all hand picked from 40 year old vines in Yallingup. Aged in oak for 15 months, there are notes of Christmas spices, plum jam, dark berry and bitter chocolate.
