83% Sangiovese, 15% Canaiolo and 2% Syrah from arguably the greatest Tuscan winemaker of his time; Paolo de Marche. The nose is highly aromatic, wafting of black, red and maraschino cherries, mingled with earthy twig and spice. The palate is gentle, and slowly develops through classic Italian tannins that are incredibly polished.
