Produced by the Il Palagio estate owned by the singer Sting, these wines are not only collectible, but also have spectacular flavours. Each label is dedicated to a song by the singer.
Aged for 6 months in steel barrels and 3 months in the bottle, the result is a dark ruby red wine with garnet reflections. The combination of flavors and smells, from cherry to black currant to black cherry, with subtle herbaceous and citrus notes on the palate, make it a very persuasive balance.
