Bruno Giacosa Dolcetto d'Alba 2020

This is a wine made to emphasise freshness. The fruit has seen no time in oak at all. Instead, it saw a 10 day ferment and additional six months in stainless steel before bottling. With a gentle tannic grip coming exclusively from skin contact, this is a friendly, juicy and relaxed wine. There is a lot to enjoy here, with lush black cherries, mulberries and liquorice. Give it a splashy pour or a quick decant to really get those aromas going!
