Charming and sophisticated, a single vineyard Pinot from the Tasman Peninsula, matured in 30% new French oak for ten months. Aromas of dried cranberry, dark cherry and pomegranate fruit lift from the glass, seamlessly blending with warm cinnamon and star anise spice. The palate balances dried red fruits with a savoury frame, precise acid and cocoa tannins.
