Made from only the oldest parcels, 35% whole bunch and matured in 35% new French oak for 11 months. Aromas of purple florals and dark red fruits, cherries, strawberries and plum. Incredible savoury notes of anise, forest floor and fresh herbs with a lively acidity to carry the finish home.
