60% Chardonnay and 40% Sauvignon Blanc, picked by hand and fermented on skins in Slovenian oak casks for four months. Completely organic, from cult wine producers Radikon, who are pioneers of the natural wine movement. Incredible depth of palate, with nutty aromas and rich stone fruits on the palate.
