Funaro Omnis Nero d'Avola 2018

With an intense ruby ​​red color, with purple reflections, it captivates the nose with typical hints of black pepper, leather and licorice which are well integrated with light vanilla and toasted notes, dictated by the aging in wood. On the palate it is complex and enveloping.

The grapes are vinified in steel vats with maceration for about 12-14 days at a temperature of about 20°C. Once the natural malolactic fermentation has taken place, the maturation continues in barriques and 2500 liter French and American oak barrels, for a duration of about 12 months, followed by a long refinement in the bottle.
