Yves Cuilleron Viognier 2023

In their words - 100% Viognier, a blend of parcels located within the "Collines Rhodaniennes" IGP zone. Aged for 8 months: one-third in barrels, one-third in large casks, and one-third in tanks. The wine displays a brilliant golden hue. The nose is classic Viognier, featuring notes of ripe yellow fruit and violet. The palate is juicy and fresh, with a touch of acidity extending the aromatic profile. Best enjoyed young, either as an aperitif or paired with *gambas à la plancha* (grilled prawns).
