100% Viognier from eleven separate blocks across seven different vineyards, artfully blended before 10½ months of maturation in older French oak barriques and puncheons. The aroma is pure, reminiscent of fresh apricots, lifted ginger and fresh white flowers. The palate is long and silky, with luscious textures, stone fruit flavours, a hint of exotic saffron that finishes with an alluring freshness.
