Yabby Lake Single Vineyard Syrah 2025

The region of Mornington Peninsula is best know for it's Pinot Noir and Chardonnay however, this cool climate Syrah shines with rich fruit and integrated tannins. Powdery florals on the nose, on the palate it's all about dark fruits; plum and boysenberry with hints of baking spice and cured meat for added complexity. Aged for 11 months in French oak puncheons. Wonderfully perfumed, elegant expression of Syrah that will have you coming back for more.
