A wine that speaks volumes about the Upper Yarra and its legacy. Sourced from the iconic Lusatia Park Vineyard, planted in 1985 on rich volcanic soils, this Pinot Noir is a true reflection of the vineyard’s pedigree. The mature vines yield fruit of remarkable intensity, delivering a wine that’s as expressive as it is elegant. Hand-picked into half-ton bins and meticulously sorted, the grapes are 100% destemmed before undergoing a 15 to 20-day fermentation. This gentle process extracts vibrant aromatics while preserving the purity of the fruit. After pressing, the wine is aged in French barriques—15% of which are new—adding subtle layers of spice and complexity. The result is a finely detailed wine, bursting with layered red fruits and lifted spice, all while maintaining a refined elegance that perfectly captures the essence of the Upper Yarra.
