46% Muscat Blanc, 31% Semillon and 23% Chardonnay. Bubbles, yes, but not as you know it! The 'Fruit Tingle' blend, comes with a label warning - 'dangerously smashable'. Only slightly fizzy, this bouncy, light and bright number lives up to its name. An extravagant nose perfumed with straw, candy and sherbet lemon drops. The palate is popping with candied fruits, talc and zingy acidity driven with fizz. Expressive and yet, oh so delightfully dangerous.
