Vinden Shiraz Nouveau

This isn’t your typical big, brooding Shiraz—this one’s all about freshness, perfume, and pure drinking joy. Sourced from the Vinden vineyard (planted in ’95 on classic red clay) and the stony soils of Broke, it’s a bit of Hunter Valley magic in a glass. Wild fermented with a splash of whole bunch and mostly whole berry, then matured in concrete and neutral French oak, it’s silky, spicy, and delightfully vibrant. Chill it down and take it easy—this Shiraz was made for warm days, picnics, and people who know Shiraz doesn’t always have to shout to be heard.
